Some interesting judgments have been issued recently with some good work by some of the judges in resisting Expert witnesses with unproven pet theories.

The Council of Europe have also agreed to start the process which could lead to an investigation in the UK.

A council has admitted receiving Government money under a controversial "adoption target" scheme that rewards the removal of children from their parents. Hammersmith and Fulham council, in west London, was paid £500,000 as a reward for placing more than 100 children for adoption in three years. The council is the first to acknowledge publicly a payout under the target scheme. It said that its social workers had "pulled out all the stops" and "cut down on the amount of bureaucracy" to boost the numbers.

Unbelievable! When two police officers came to interview Jamie Bauld, a polite, friendly Down’s syndrome boy with a mental age of about 5, he welcomed them with a big smile and a handshake. As the officers read him his rights and charged him with assault and racial abuse, he agreed with everything they said, then thanked them for coming to see him.

Fears are growing for the health of Shannon Matthews after it was revealed she is tormented by nightmare hallucinations and has problems remembering her family. SS hold her hostage, don't believe her when she tells the truth, bribe her with gifts like a kitten and now say she is hallucinating? What is SS doing to this poor girl.

A teenage mother whose newborn baby was taken from her by social workers has been banned from seeing her son after she threw him across the room during a fight with the boy's father? I would love to hear from her what really happened if anything at all. It does not sound like she is getting any support to stay with her baby.

More than 400 foreign children, many suspected of being trafficked into the sex or drug trade in Britain, have gone missing from local authority care. ( I have been told the figures on children that go missing from care each year are much higher than that and then there are the cases where the children supposedly go missing on the way home from or to school or other activities that parents are told to let their children do by themselves to gain more independance.
