Meeting in Birmingham
The meeting in Birmingham went well.  People's response is that they would like the meeting to be chaired a little more tightly and to allow more time for networking.  We will probably arrange some workshops on mechanisms for fighting the system.
 
Pre birth issues.
One of the issues that needs to be handled is what happens when a new baby is born.   We are investigating a mechanism to test the arguments in advance of birth.
 
Statistics from DfES
A considerable amount of work has gone on to try to get a better analysis of the situation.
 
Salt Poisoning and SBS
It was good news to see the result of the retrial of Ian and Angela Gay.  It was important not only on the issue of salt poisoning, but also on the issue of Shaken Baby Syndrome as they were alleged to have harmed Christian through shaking as well.

Demonstrations outside Family Courts
A number of small demonstrations outside Family Courts are being organised.  One outside the RCJ went quite well.  One is planned outside Downing St (Forced Adoption HQ)
